Processing times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days . We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
  • In case of high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If this is the case, we will inform you by email.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €150 in France and €200 for European Union countries. For the United States and other international destinations, enjoy free shipping on orders over €300 .

Delivery confirmation and tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number . This number will allow you to track your package until it is delivered.
  • Please note that tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

Customs, duties and taxes

  • For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Kimohno is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by local customs. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are determined by the local customs office.
  • If customs clearance procedures are required, this may cause additional delays to the estimated delivery times.

Address errors and undeliverable packages

  • Please make sure the shipping address is correct when purchasing. Kimohno is not responsible for any delays or losses due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an address error or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

Shipping to remote areas

Some remote or rural areas may require longer delivery times. If your delivery destination is in a remote area, please allow additional time for delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

  • Kimohno is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
