At Kimohno, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as personalized kimonos or intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process

Contact us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service at support@kimohnocouture.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Prepare the package: Ensure that the item is securely packaged and all tags are attached.

Ship the item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

Refund or exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kimohnocouture.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, and cover the shipping costs for returning the item.
Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase price of the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability).

International Returns
- For international returns, please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
