At Kimohno, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as personalized kimonos or intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Process

  • Contact us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service at support@kimohnocouture.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

  • Prepare the package: Ensure that the item is securely packaged and all tags are attached.

  • Ship the item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

  • Refund or exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kimohnocouture.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, and cover the shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for the original purchase price of the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized kimonos.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability).

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

International Returns

  • For international returns, please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
